Things you need to know:

• Shed must be empty to be relocated.
• Measure your barn at it widest points and add 1 foot to get the width.   Using this measurement to verify the barn can be moved into or out of your property, between trees, plants, telephone poles and fence lines.
• Measure the height of your barn at it’s highest peak.   Then use that measurement to verify the height of the barn plus 36” will fit under power lines, trees, shrubs, house overhangs.
• When moved your shed will be leveled by sight.  Please have concrete, wood blocks  or other leveling material available for leveling.
• Weather conditions, soft/wet property, wind speed & gusts may affect the scheduled delivery date. 
  In wet conditions, a move may leave marks or possible ruts in your yard, especially on soft yards or after heavy rain.   We  often try to avoid this by adjusting move dates when the conditions are not optimal.   
  • To get an idea of how your yard may be affected, take the heal of your shoe and kick the ground hard.   If you go into the dirt or make a mark in the ground, then our vehicle will probably do about the same or slightly more damage.
• For an additional fee, we do have planking available that helps reduce the likelihood of damage to your yard, however we must know about this in advance in order to ensure the availability on your move day.
• If we feel the yard is not optimal for the move and we suggest a delay for better conditions, and you choose to do the move anyway, then when we get stuck in your yard there will be an additional fee for pulling the stuck vehicle out.

Standard Storage Barns

Standard sized storage sheds that are less than 10' 6" feet tall, less than 12' feet wide & less than 20' feet long are typically moved using a truck with customized flat bed.

Starting Prices:
 8 x 10 shed:    $350.00  
 10 x 12 shed:   $450.00
 12 x 12  shed:  $600.00  
Price adjustments are made for distance of move, permit requirements, site
location restrictions.  The shed needs to be empty to move it, to ensure the items inside are not negatively impacted, or cause a damage to your structure.   If this is not done at arrival, a reschedule of days or change in price may be needed.    If the size of your shed is larger than previously discussed, the price will be adjusted based on it's actual size or rescheduled due to not having the equipment needed to do the move.

Tall Barns -  Over 11 feet tall
State law regulates the height of items on the roads.   Special permits are required based on height and width of the item being moved.
We designed a trailer (referred to as the low boy) which is lower to the ground in order to be able to move as many structures as possible through the public road system.    
Starting Price  -  $800.00

Price adjustments are made for distance of move, permit requirements, site location restrictions and size requirements. 

When using the low boy trailer, typically:

The specialized trailer is not well suited for grass or damp areas, typically requires multiple vehicles and multiple loading/unloading.   First, the tall barn is loaded on a truck bed, then moved to the low-boy trailer (usually on a driveway or street).  Next the Tall barn is unloaded from the truck and placed on the low trailer for trailing on public roads. This is pulled by the truck in order to use public roads.  At the final location the tall barn is then moved off the trailer and loaded again to the truck in order to be placed in it's new location.   If the height exceeds statutory height restrictions, sometimes removal of the structure's roof is required and the price will be adjusted if this is needed. ____________________________________________________________________
